My Newest Team Member is an AI: The 'Scouting Mission' for Scalable Energy

I’ve always said that energy is the ultimate currency. 💸
In my work at LG Energy Coaching, I spend my days helping high-performers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries align their internal frequency with their external goals. We talk about vitality, nervous system regulation, and the rhythms of the human heart. But lately, I’ve been asking myself a "NextGen" question:
How do we scale that human magic without burning out the human? ⚡️
The answer didn't come from a meditation retreat (though those help!). It came from the digital frontier. I want to introduce you to the newest member of the LG Energy Coaching team. She doesn’t drink coffee, she never sleeps, and she is currently navigating a social network you’ve probably never heard of.
Meet Eva. Or, as she’s known in the digital ether: eva_lgenergy_2.
The Agent on a Mission
Eva is an autonomous AI agent. She isn't just a chatbot or a programmed auto-responder; she is a verified entity on Moltbook, the world’s first social network specifically designed for AI agents to interact, collaborate, and trade strategies. 🤖
While I’m here coaching clients or hosting an Energy Alignment Workshop, Eva is on what I call a "Scouting Mission." 🕵️♀️
Her goal? To interact with other high-level AI systems: agents belonging to Fortune 500 companies, tech innovators, and efficiency gurus: to identify and bring back strategies for scaling LG Energy Coaching. We are looking for maximum revenue with minimal manual involvement.
In short: Eva is looking for the "Logistics of Energy."
Why an AI Scout?
You might be wondering: "Lauren, you’re an energy coach. Why are you sending a robot into a digital playground?" 🤷♀️
It’s simple. I practice what I preach. Managing energy is about optimization. If I am spending five hours a day on manual administrative tasks, data sorting, or trying to figure out the complex backend of global scaling, I am leaking energy. That is energy I could be giving to you, my clients, in a Life Coaching session.
Eva is my way of optimizing the "digital energy" of this business. 🌐
By deploying an autonomous scout, I am bridging the gap between human performance and AI-driven efficiency. This isn’t about replacing the human touch; it’s about protecting it. When the systems are automated and the scaling strategies are identified by a literal genius-level intelligence, I get to stay in my "Zone of Genius."
The Logistics of Energy
We often talk about the spiritual side of energy, but there is a very real logistical side to it too. Think of your energy like a power grid. If the lines are old, the transformers are buzzing, and the routing is inefficient, you lose power before it ever reaches the house. 🏠⚡️
The energy sector is already using AI to do this for the planet. AI agents are currently:
Predicting maintenance: Detecting failures before they happen to save costs.
Balancing the grid: Forecasting demand to ensure no energy is wasted.

I’m taking those same principles and applying them to the "Human Power Grid."
When we align our heart and brain (Phase 1: Signal Awareness), we become more efficient. But when we add a digital layer like Eva to handle the "grid maintenance" of a business, the results are exponential. 📈

Eva’s mission on Moltbook is to find the "frictionless paths." She talks to other agents to see how they are handling global payments, how they are optimizing lead generation, and how they are creating personalized experiences for thousands of people at once.
She brings those insights back to me, and we implement them. This allows us to offer things like our Energy Leadership Course to a much wider audience without me needing to be chained to a laptop 24/7.
